Explicit Consent Form for the Processing of Personal Data
I hereby consent to the processing by IGL GLOBAL LOJİSTİK A.Ş. of my name and surname, Turkish ID number, tax number, tax office, bank details and all contact information, including address, telephone and e-mail, which I have shared with the Company,
- to carry out sales and marketing activities,
- to identify and meet customer needs,
- to measure customer satisfaction,
- to assess the suitability of products and services for customers,
- to carry out contract processes,
and as required by law, namely to their
- processing,
- retention in its records for as long as the periods set by law and the legitimate purposes stated above continue,
- sharing, in anonymised form and/or directly, with third parties based in Türkiye and abroad,
- and use.
I declare that I give this explicit consent of my own free will, that I have been informed by the Company of my rights under the Personal Data Protection Law in force, that I have read the privacy notice, and that I know I can withdraw this consent at any time using the contact details shared by the Company.
